Due Date of Filing Return of Deposits Form DPT-3 Extended till 31 July 23: The Ministry of Corporate portal MCA is going through the transition phase from version-2 to version-3 due to this stakeholders are not able to file any MCA form properly.
Any form which normally takes 10 to 15 minutes now due to the transition phase, it takes 4 to 5 hours and some times even 1 day to week. This becomes really frustrating to the stakeholders. It’s not easy governance or ease of doing business but it is frustrating governance.
Considering the above difficulties dear MCA issued General circular no. 06/2023 stating that the due date for filing DPT-3 extended til 31st July 2023.

Madam/ Sir(s),
Due date for filing Form DPT-3 (Return of deposits) is 30th of June 2023 for the Financial Year ended on the 31st March 2023. Keeping in view the transition of the MCA-21 Portal from Version -2 to Version -3, it has been decided to allow companies to file Form DPT-3 for the financial year ended on 31st March 2023 without paying additional fees up to 31st July 2O23.
