Responsibilities

  • Manages customer Project delivery/Service Delivery Operations E2E
  • Overall Customer Engagement from after sales perspective and maintain TCE at customer place
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer phone calls, emails, chats and escalations from small- and medium-sized businesses in a structured service center environment
  • Promote and sell HP.com products, services and supplies to a wide range of customers
  • Utilize PMP techniques to maximize the services opportunities of every customer by:
  • Building rapport, discover and evaluate customers’ needs
  • Positioning products and services that align with the customer’s needs
  • Anticipating and addressing objections
  • End to End ownership of after sales support.
  • Manages business development.

Qualification | Experience | Skills

Vacancy for Account Delivery Manager

  • Must have a Bachelor’s with ITIL certification
  • 5-7 years Service Delivery Operations management experience
  • Knowledge of PCs, printers, leases/subscriptions, account pipeline and account management is extremely helpful
  • Availability to work extra hours when business needs arise (may include nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Reliability and dependability with respect to attendance and schedule adherence
  • Motivation and a self-driven work ethic
  • An openness to new ideas and feedback
