Where to Find the Text Function?
To find the text function in excel open excel and click on the “Blank” to open a blank excel worksheet now click on the ‘Formula Tab’ and under ‘Function Library’ click on the ‘Text’ option as shown below:

You can also see the text function via shortcut key – press ‘ALT + M + T’ after that select the text function that you want to use.
What is Excel TRIM Function?
The Excel TRIM function removes all spaces from text except for single spaces between words. Use TRIM on the text that you have received from another application that may have irregular spacing.

The TRIM function syntax has the following arguments:
Text Required. The text from which you want spaces removed.
