Where to Find the Text Function?

To find the text function in excel open excel and click on the “Blank” to open a blank excel worksheet now click on the ‘Formula Tab’ and under ‘Function Library’ click on the ‘Text’ option as shown below:

You can also see the text function via shortcut key – press ‘ALT + M + T’ after that select the text function that you want to use.


What is Excel “T” Function?

The Excel ‘T’ function returns the text referred to by value. If the value is or refers to text, T returns the value. If the value does not refer to text, T returns “” (empty text).

The T function syntax has the following arguments:

Value    Required. The value you want to test.


Understand With Example
