In this article, we will discuss the new and unique shortcut key ALT + G or GO To in the TallyPrime. With the help of the ALT + G shortcut key, you can navigate in tally anywhere.

ALT + G or Go To

Launch TallyPrime and select the company and press “ALT + G” or click on the top “G: Go To” you will see the on the top ,Go To under that search bar in that search bar the cursor is blinking here you can search below that ‘List of Reports’ in that there are options:

1. Create Voucher

2. Create Master

3. Alter Master

4. Expand All

5. Show More

after that Common reports.


Make Habit of Using the Shortcut Key ALT +G

When a new shortcut key or new features come then we need to make it our habit then it will enhance our speed and accuracy.

Create Voucher directly from anywhere:

Suppose you are in the balance sheet and you want to record purchase entry then press “ALT + G” and click on the “Create Voucher” you will be directed to the “Accounting Voucher Creation” screen


Similarly, you can go to profit & loss account, Cash/bank book, Day Book, Ledger Voucher, Stock Summary, Trial Balance, Bills Receivable, Bills Payable, Master and Voucher Statics, Stock query, etc.
