MS Excel Online is a free version of excel you can use it without any cost only you need to signup. You need not install any software, everything is online only you need to create an account then login and start using it.

How to use the Excel Online?

It will look like this as shown below:

If you have already a Microsoft account then you need to click on sign in and if you don’t have a Microsoft account then click on signup for free.

Now enter your Email address, Phone Number or Skype

Enter your password and click on the sign in button

Start Using Excel

After sign in the screen will look like this

Now to use excel online click on the Excel icon and click on the new workbook
