How to Print Invoice?
To print invoice launch TallyPrime and select the company for which you want to print invoice.
From the gateway of TallyPrime go to > Day Book press “F4” and select the “Purchase” under voucher types click on that the purchase entry will open.
Press “ALT +P” and click on the “CuRrent” and select the option “Preview” and click on the “Zoom” option. Press “Esc” to out from the preview window.
Click on the “Print” option, you can also save it in PDF form let’s see

Configure Invoice
In the above invoice there is no GST analysis and no GST Rate, to configure that from the gateway of tally go to > Day Book press “F4” and select purchase click on the purchase voucher it will open.
Press “ALT + P”> Enter and click on the “Configure” after that search GST, in that
1. Show GST Analysis – “YES”
2. Show GST Rate (%) – “YES”
to do that select the above option and hit the enter button make sure that both the option enables as “YES” and press “Esc”.
You can configure invoice as per your need i.e. what you want to display on the invoice.
Now click on the “Preview” and press the “ZOOM” option to check whether it is visible or not. Click on the “PRINT” option. Let’s see………

Print Invoice From “ALT + G”
Purchase Invoice
From the gateway of the tally press “ALT + G” and search purchase and select the “Purchase Register” under “Registers” select the month and press the enter button, select the invoice, and hit the enter button.
Press “ALT +P” and hit enter button select the option “PRINT”. Let’s see…

Sales Invoice
From the gateway of tally press “ALT + G” and search Sales and select the “Sales Register” under “Registers” select the month and press enter button select the invoice and hit the enter button.
Press “ALT +P” and hit enter button select the option “PRINT”. Let’s see…
