Export Ledgers from Tally to Excel
To export any ledger from tally select that ledger and set the date from start to end you want it then select the format to excel and configure it as per your need then export it.
Let’s do this together, go to the balance sheet and click on the “Current Liabilities” under that click on “Duties and Taxes” after that press “F2” to select the start and end date.
Press “CTRL + E” and click on the configure button select the option that you want to enable it and hit the enter button. Select the file format.
In tally you can export in the following format:
1. ASCII (Command Delimited)
2. Excel (Spreadsheet)
3. HTML (Web-Publishing)
4. JPEG (Image)
5. PDF (Read-only document)
6.XML (Data Interchange)
Press “ESC” key to return back to export screen and select the “send” button it will be exported. Let’s see…
In the same way you can select the other ledger and export from tally to excel.
Export Sales Vouchers
To export sales vouchers, from the gateway of Tally press “ALT + G” and type “Sales Vouchers” select that after that select the start date and end date of the ledger.
Press “CTRL + E” and then select on the “Configure” button click on the show more option.
To export in the columnar format, under the Report details click on the Report Type and select the “Columnar” option after that choose YES or NO to enable and disable the details in the columnar format press “CTRL + A” to save that setting.
Select the file format type then press the “ESC” key and click on the “Send” button it will be exported let’s see…
