Understand With – Example

In this example there is spelling mistake of ‘Pictture and ‘Reaading” let’s correct it

Save time in Word with new buttons that show up where you need them. To change the way a pictture fits in your document, click it and a button for layout options appears next to it. When you work on a table, click where you want to add a row or a column, and then click the plus sign.

Reaading is easier, too, in the new Reading view. You can collapse parts of the document and focus on the text you want. If you need to stop reading before you reach the end, Word remembers where you left off – even on another device.

First we will correct it one by one

To do that press ‘F7’ and in right side you will find the button ‘Change’ click on that button let’s see..

If you do it one by one you can also ignore them by selecting the option ‘Ignore Once’.

You can also do it in one go to do that press ‘F7’ then press the ‘Change All’ option. It will make all spellings and grammar correct.
