Hey friends in this article we will learn Excel SUM function. Using the Excel sum function you can add numbers easily without using plus sign.
You can add numbers using the sum function in two ways so let’s see:1. Type =SUM(1,2) this will give you answer “3”2. Type =SUM(A2:A3) this will give sum of numbers in cell A2 and A3

Sum – Syntax
The syntax of the sum function is very easy. The SUM function adds values. You can add individual values, cell references or ranges or a mix of all three.
SUM(number1,[number2],…)
For example :=SUM (B2:B10) Adds the values in cells A2:10.=SUM(A2:A10, B2:B10) Adds the values in cells A2:10, as well as cells B2:B10.
