In the previous article, we saw that how to register on the COWIN portal and book your slot/appointment. Now after taking the first dose of vaccination you need to download your vaccination certificate from the COWIN portal.
Visit the “https://www.cowin.gov.in/home“, click on the “REGISTER/SIGN IN”
Now enter your mobile number [Same mobile number used at the time of registration and booking slot] and click on the “GET OTP” button. You will get an OTP, enter the OTP
Click on the “Verify & Proceed”.
Now your account details are visible
Click on the certificate and download it.
The 1st Dose certificate ( It will be a provisional certificate) will look like the one below shown
In this way, you can download your first dose vaccination certificate online.
Register for COVID Vaccination
To register on the COWIN Portal visit the “https://www.cowin.gov.in/” click on the ‘REGISTER/SINGIN in the top right corner.
Now enter your mobile number and click on the ”Get OTP”. Enter the OTP received on the mobile number.
Now click on the “Register Member” after that select or insert the following fields:
1. Photo ID Proof – Select Any from the list – 1. Aadhar Card 2. Driving License 3. PAN Card, 4. Passport 5. 6. Pension Passbook, 7. NPR Smart Card, 8. Voter ID, 9. Unique Disability ID, 10. Ration Card With Photo.
2. Enter the Document Number– Like if you selected Aadhar then here enter the Aadhar number – ID number of the selected ID proof in the 1st option.
3. Name As per Selected Document – Like if selected the Aadhar then name as per Aadhar – name as per the ID proof selected in the first option.
4. Select the Gender
