The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) issued refunds to more than 1.11 crore taxpayers from 1st Apr,2021 to 22nd November, 2021.
CBDT issues refunds of over Rs. 1,23,667 crore to more than 1.11 crore taxpayers from 1st Apr, 2021 to 22nd November, 2021. Income tax refunds of Rs. 41,649 crore have been issued in 1,08,88,278 cases and corporate tax refunds of Rs. 82,018 crore have been issued in 1,81,218cases.
This includes 75.75 lakh refunds of AY 2021-22 amounting to Rs. 15,998.31 crore.

Check Your Income Tax Refund Now
You can check your Income Tax Refund Status without login only you need to have your Permanent Account Number (PAN).
To check the Income Tax Refund status visit the TIN NSDL (or you can google the check income tax refund status and open the link of Refund Status – NSDL).
Next, Enter the PAN details, select Assessment Year, enter the captcha code, and click on ‘Proceed‘.
After that it will display any one of the following:
1. ‘Refund is already credited to your bank, please contact your bank‘ if a refund is credited to your bank account or
2.” No Records found”.
If you had not received your income tax refund then you must check that during the filing of ITR, whether there is any error
